it's the same thing, considering HP and MP don't work like regular stats, i mean i have the same str as any other dark knight but my HP is 2 times larger and my MP like 4 times.
so there's no real way of knowing if the points are "stuck" there or they don't simply exist, but going by what very little of how i understand computers work and the fact that accounts that had AP on HP got resets, the game probably deleted them.
