Yeah. I was confused when people in GMS kept saying that Wind Booster didn't affect Triple Throw. My Japanese friend has a Night Lord that I trained with once and she was amazed by her speed with Wind Booster.

first when i tried it , it realy lookd faster atleast the animation

later someone said it is still 100 throws a min like normal
