The event works as follows: The player enters Cash Shop and right-clicks on the cash item in storage. After this is done, you are prompted to choose which character (bound to the account) you wish to transfer the item to. The player chooses a different character and presses confirm. The exchange is completed. You can do this as many times as you want to as long as the event is running.

Ah thank you, I knew it was a pretty simple process.

Currently logging in to all my characters and making a list of all the cash items they have, so that I can decide who to transfer them to when the event starts. I'm really excited. Got loads of good cash items stuck on characters I don't play any more.
