I'm sure I remember seeing an image of how it works, it's a box in the cash shop above the storage, you place an item in the box and choose which character to send it to.

It might not be exactly that, but it's just as simple as that.

The event works as follows: The player enters Cash Shop and right-clicks on the cash item in storage. After this is done, you are prompted to choose which character (bound to the account) you wish to transfer the item to. The player chooses a different character and presses confirm. The exchange is completed. You can do this as many times as you want to as long as the event is running.
