Well, when I first got Wind Booster to 11 (before Pirates were released in GMS), I thought, without much trial, that the speed didn't increase after level 1. However, the statistics proved it wrong. So, I tested it more and then proved that it did in fact speed up attack speeds for Vipers. I guess someone didn't get the last part of it and then continued saying that it didn't speed it up. So... I guess you can blame that one on me. Haha
