For some reason, I cannot find these on the wikis. But as far as I know, Surgeon is Mafia Doctor, Detective is the conjunction between Cop and Role Cop, and Consigliere is Mafia Detective.
Edit: There's a role that does that, I mean, protects someone from being lynched. It's called the lawyer or something. But if he protects a mafia, both die.
