But she didn't say he was innocent, she said the color of the apple, which does match the person who was eaten alive. I feel the phrasing would be more "direct", or rather "confident", since she is mafia and would know he was innocent or not. Instead she got an ambiguous answer that she was open with us about. Not even mafia was aware of a third party, but being on the side of knowing who your allies are, the discussion would never have taken place, its either innocent or not.
