How is that any more fun than farming at Evo/DIPQ (especially considering that you could probably also complete the quests quickly using Evo/DIPQ, depending on your level and how the quest is set up)? Both are equally boring, and farming leaf drops doesn't have a daily limit. Plus, even without substantial drop buffs, I got more leaves each day from farming for ~2 hours than your proposed quests would have given.
Expecting Nexon to make quests that aren't a grind? Pls.
I agree with the intent of your suggestion(s) though, even if I think it's impossible for Nexon to implement it well.
