It's +2/3/4/5% drop rate on armour and accessories at legendary tier bonus potential. Cubing for drop rate normally is bad enough, screw doing that for 1/4 to 1/10 of the drop rate you'd get on a normal accessory.
Yeah, I know I wouldn't personally do it aiming for just %drop but thought it'd be worth mentioning.
