Do Hourglasses work on Dojo Gloves? Do they work on items with expiring stats such as the 9th Anniversary Medal?

They don't work on Dojo gloves, not sure about items with expiring stats though, the stats on my 9th Anniversary Medal expired already. I'm guessing they'd work on any items that don't have the line that says 'Time limit extension is not possible'. They do work on the Monster Park badges and non-expired Pendant of Spirit at least, those are the only two that I tested.
