Bad Apple Mafia - Mafia Victory

Please read my most recent post. Sanity isn't the only thing relevant here.

I've already acknowledged that Meta could be suspicious based on the fact that she claimed first. Holypie is less likely to be mafia as it would have been redundant to claim after I counterclaimed. This is why we should still have multiple people as investigatees.

At this point I think we should all investigate the same person and have the doctor protect either Meta or the investigative target. Leaving some information unknown to everyone but the doctor (ie the person being saved) is crucial for at least the chance of a potential save. If we broadcast to everyone who the doctor should save then the mafia will obviously not kill them, unless the doctor is a chessmaster and predicts who the mafia will target either way. Also by going with Meta and the target as the doctor targets it maximizes the odds of a successful save, unless the mafia decides to kill someone uninvolved, in which case that would give us some much needed cop confirmations at the cost of a likely powerless innocent. As for any of us cops potentially lying (which I don't think we are but anyway) that can be dealt with once we have more investigations. I do agree with BTA about lynching on scumhunting instead of relying on cops for tomorrow though, as there's no guarantee of hitting a guilty target (quite unlikely anyway) and to nullify the threat of a lying cop.

As for the investigation target I'd like to investigate Olsi, do you agree?

I agree with the idea to lynch based on scum-hunting tomorrow. We will need a number of days to confirm whether anyone's lying, which, like Holypie, I believe nobody has.

As for the investigation, the doctor should be given the discretion as to whether to save a cop (which I believe that Meta should be saved UNLESS Words is proven to be a good apple) or the investigatee.

I'm still not inclined to believe that Meta is stronger as a cop than us, though. Not until we confirm with more investigation results.
