With what hyper? Xenon's lvl 200 hyper is not the same as most classes, its an useless 3-5 sec casting time thats only used to 1hko horntail.

Meltdown Explotion is NOT a proper hyper skill, and the only reason why you dont need your own, is because you reached the limit, once again. It is not fair to buff one single class due to someone reaching the limit, so thats why its better to buff ALL classes at the same time if you really want to improve futher.
Dont get me wrong, if it was up to me there would not be any dmg cap at all, because I hate to see phantoms beating everyone only because they have more hits per sec & you cant do pomegranate about it, you just have to give up on #1 dojo glove, or in some cases #10.
Bringing up Xenon vs marksman is only because my bossing partner at vellum plays a mm & we compare out classes quiet a bit.
