Why speculate? Lvls and IGN sticking is the only absolute fact we have.

I supose that a partial wipe might be hard to achieve and they have to revert back to a clean slate start anyway, but I doubt it.

I know it's pure speculating. The thing that came to my mind was that if reserving your dream IGNs was hard even in the Alpha, it's going to become even harder in the Beta and beyond. Even more people will be playing the game since they'll know everything they earn from here on will remain.

I still wonder as well how a partial wipe will work.
