We do not know KMST's reduced delay, but in this case it doesn't matter because Demolition fills it up regardless.

Assuming SE + stun and that both skills do stun (which is odd to me), it'd be 2614% DPS. Crazy stuff.

Combo Barrage before another Demo? I don't understand what you mean by that.
