Some days I feel like a calorie burning furnace. Today is one of those days. I get so HUNGRY. I MUST EAT EVERYTHING.
Deadlifted today:
275 x 5 (grip started to fail on the last rep)
315 x 1
315 x 1
315 x 1 (grip failed)
All standard overhand grip. No mixed grip was needed.
I'm going to need fat gripz soon. The 80 pound dumbbells are starting to become too light for me.
I'm getting wayyyy stronger. Yay caloric surplus.
