1 - I did expect Kaguya showing up but I didn't expect her to dispatch Madara after all he's done.
2 - Sasuke put Sakura in his place, I'm sure many of us loved that, but being a plantain to Kakashi was unnecesiary.
3 - Damn, some of people's "perfect happiness" dreams suck. If there was any doubt about it, ShikaxTemari confirmed.
