Left is Chris Roid- I mean Redfield before Resident Evil 5, and right is in Resident Evil 5. I will say that Ike looks a little too beefed up compared to his actual sprites in the games, but meh.

-NOBODY- has received the chris treatment besides chris, ike got beefed up but it's still within the acceptable realm, chris' muscles have a mind of their own (and they want the blood of giant stones)
