Use the Conversion skill in your Common skill tab to convert all your pre-subclass skills to magic damage, then take Furious Grab (and Rising Emblem if you want). Use Phoenix Hammer because it's so cheap and powerful at 20, and hold out until you can get Red Phoenix Amulet. Trust me, it gets so much better after that. Faceroll literally every dungeon. OOOOOHHH and also take MP regen from your QP skills. Helps a LOT.
