Small cubing experiment:
Spent around 250k worth of cubes (red/black cubes) for all these equips. Based on this sample, I am going to say the tier up % seems a lot higher than before.
I started the top from rare to legendary and it costed around 90k nx solely using red cubes. The new bottom went from unique to legendary in 14 black cubes.
And I just dumped rest of the remaining black cubes on my other equips that had lower than 18% all stats and these were the results. It really hurt to recube that 27% luk reverse db mask tho. But it couldnt be helped. And those ints are killing me. The remnant of the past.
