Try to find a skill planner. Not sure which ones are still up (and were up to date) though.http://arad.ofli.es/ seems to work.
Don't worry about what you get before class advancement at 20, since skills will be reset then. Not to mention Lethe's Water in Seria's shop will also reset your skills at any time for gold.
