Keep in mind that these skills build up similar to Beast Tamer skills. You have to spend points in lower skills to open up higher skills and you must have certain thresholds of total SP spent. The whole thing builds from left to right.
I am the guild leader, and I am trying to do just that, but when I click on "Level Up Skill", the highlight around the skill icon disappears, and nothing else happens.
