I know what it is. The problem isn't the Pets, well, it might be the Pets; but for me, my Pets don't loot because the loot key, "Pick Up"(?), is completely erased from my key configuration. It isn't on the keyboard and it isn't in the key box.
Might it be the same for some of the rest of you?
