icephoenix21; I think that message appears when the person you try to report either goes in to the cash shop or changes channel (or logs off), there is a red dot at the bottom of the map though so if that's the person you were reporting I have no idea.

Hmm, that could be it as well :o I'll have to pay closer attention. The botters do tend to cc pretty quickly :/
