From reading in between the lines, it seems almost as if since he "imagined a world without imagination" that Yachiru herself might me part of Kenpatchi's imagination. Might be an interesting turn of events...
It was short though, you gotta admit.
I assumed that is what happened though, poor yachiru was his imaginary friend.
