I've kinda lost my way/plateau'd, so I've decided to get some help from the awesome personal trainer at my gym. I want to put more focus on definition in addition to muscle, which is what this guy is perfect for because he's exactly the body type I want and takes no bullsh'it. I'm gonna bring sexy back by getting a sexy back.
