BM's Arrow Blaster suddenly not hitting anything (keypress and turret)

i know it may feel like a t answer, but the above is serious solution.
Restarting your computer FIXES a lot of "unresponsive" glitches.
-chat doesnt work
-cant open shop/permit
-attacks miss
-can't climb ropes/ladders
-more stuff
