Diablo III: Reaper of Souls

So that's why JH is op. I never got around to looking at the set. So it's basically Haunt and Swarm for crits, pop Soul Harvest, and then fish for more crits? Does it do the full 5-minute damage with Creeping Death?

I heard it only does 30 ticks of damage instantly.
That could be wrong but i read something along those lines somewhere.
