well, ive already decided to go with an energy first build. so far ive got 2 into both transform and shockwave, 1 into stun mastery (maxing late do to latency issues with dial up and the usefulness there of from stunning), 6 energy charge, and 2 (i think) into blast. Now with that staggering 40 points to max energy, i plan to get Charge to 10 or so, then im going to to do a 2 to 1 ratio with the skills. But seeing as it might take anywhere from 2 months to a year (maybe even never) until we see these changes, i may just be maxing blast right now for little to nothing.
