Diablo III: Reaper of Souls

Ooh, I always thought Rare or Legendary gems would be a good idea. It's cool and all having the 5 different varieties and their levels, but some unique gems with unique abilities and stuff would be great, especially if you can put say, a gem that releases a frost nova on hit or something onto an item. or a combination of stats INT + VIT, along those lines.

We just need Blizzard to introduce Runewords to D3.
