Snatch grip deadlifts 3x5
Bent over rows 5x5
Farmer walks 3xF
A2: Technique
Bench press 3x5
Close grip bench press 3x5
Klokov press/snatch grip OHP 3x5
DB/Cable incline flies.
B1: Strength
Power clean 2x3 > 1x3
Deadlift 1x5
Pull ups 3xF
B2: Strength
Front Squats
Bench Press 2x5 > 2x5
OHP 2x5 > 2x5
Dips 2xF > 2xF weighted
