Diablo III: Reaper of Souls

Someone asks if Chiltara will ever be fixed. CM redirects them to a 50 page thread asking the same question without answering. There's our answer.

What annoys me about the matter is that from what I've heard, Chiltara had a near 100% chance of dropping the gemstone before, but now it doesn't drop at all, and then this one mod is shutting down any threads on the matter saying "It's still dropping at the same rate, but the mob is spawning less" which is bullshit, because obviously it isn't dropping at anywhere near the rate it was before, even for people who find Chiltara 10+ times.

I don't get why the guy is saying the exact opposite of what everyone else is saying.

This one guy on that thread said he killed it 97 times with no drop, so it clearly isn't the spawn rate that is the problem.
