I highly doubt Ike will make an appearance, probably still a toss-up between Chrom or Lucina.
The Ridley one is still confusing me because I don't recognize that stage. If it was a Metroid themed stage, I would be leaning more towards Ridley being one of the new, stage boss elements.
I don't have a screenshot of the Ridley preview to compare, but I'm almost positive it was the new Metroid stage they were showing off earlier.

It was also directly after talking about Yellow Devil and bosses from various games appearing as stage hazards. In fact, I think that it was mentioned that other bosses would show up at the same time it showed Ridley's shadow.
