With the new KMS updates

Now that we can use more skills during transformation, do you think some skills will be slower while transformed, like drain? That's what I'm worried about

Isn't Drain already slowed way down while Transformed? It is for me in JMS and I think I saw a thread about it not too long ago. I doubt that they'll give a delay on the other skills.
