Diablo III: Reaper of Souls

Frozen Orb hits multiple times per cast.
~2/3 tooltip damage on passthrough
Full tooltip damage on explosion
Then a second hit on explosion for ~1/3 tooltip damage.

There's somewhat a debate if this is intentional or not and people are comparing the skill to other skills that also Double / Triple dipped the tooltip damage and got nerfed cause of it.

Ah, yeah, that's what I thought you meant but I wanted to be sure.

I dunno, I would imagine that if they were going to nerf it they would have done it this patch...but then again the other runes on Arcane Orb suck in comparison so there's no real way to know.
