It can't be "Anyone who bought anything" because TiduslovesYuna spent 500 coins, but was not hellbanned. While everybody else seems to have spent over 1000.
Went back and checked what I spent on, 1k skin, 2 tickets, which is 1.2k in total (slates were on 2nd account). tecul1 from post #22, spent around the same, and is not hellbanned.
