I <might> reset the str but I feel HP washing is more a priority so Im thinking of leaving it as so for whenever I might decide to get a shiner bow or something and... yeah. I just felt hurricane 21 was more a priority so I have no attack boosts from Expertise.
Haha not bad. Seems like having 100 base int lowers your damage by a whole lot
