Hypers are not affected at all. If you are indeed playing an I/L, Epic Adventure used to be affected by Buff Mastery but nothing else, and now it isn't even affected by that.

Someone on SP has buff duration of 105%. EDIT: [MENTION=10319]OrionTempest[/MENTION]; care to shed any light?
