Diablo III: Reaper of Souls

I second the usefulness of creeping death. I'm sure it's not as useful at high dps amounts, but for weaker people like me it's nice having a mob of 20 enemies affected by locust swarm indefinitely.

MuscleWizard; I'm pretty sure the cloud of insects rune that you are using on the build you posted is actually useless with creeping death. That rune doesn't improve the damage per second, just doubles the duration. I'm using the pestilence rune so I can infect large mobs even quicker.
