Isn't there a damage nerf? I think it's 10 levels difference between the character and monster? For example, I'm level 129 super godly omg equipz but my friend is 130 with decent equips. Let's say my range is higher than his but on Zakum (Lv 140), which I get damage nerfed at, I will never hit more than him just 'cause he's within 10 levels of zakum.
