@ 75% of the time thing: Read the changes thread some more. (or even this thread. The correction is quoted here) The TS made an error. You can't use demolition/snatch in normal transform, only super transform.
It's a 20m deficit over 10 mins (with the 100% demolition(, which does seem drastic, yes, but you said you made up the numbers. In reality, that would not nearly be the same over 10 mins, though, because certainly damage does not reach to that height in 10 mins, does it?
Let's just end it here: Transform will no longer be a useless skill.
