I did squats and pulled out this:

I can usually pull off more reps than that and then go straight in to deadlifts (which I was told a few days ago by a PT I should NOT do, so I'm gonna stop), and it had been 3 days since my last leg day so I thought I would have recovered. I was quite disappointed in my leg day. I'm doing higher weights than I have ever done before, so should I actually expect to need to rest for longer than 3 days? The time I take between sets is also getting quite a bit longer. I used to have 40 seconds-1minute between each but now I'm getting around the 2 minute mark before I even think about going again.
