It misleadingly implies they can't be removed from inventory, when it really means they can be dropped - They just cease to exist if you drop them, like quest items.
KMS on the other hand has an actual flag that prevents dropping, selling, trading, etc so that an item is pretty much 100% impossible to remove from you in the event you're hacked or whatever.
The way to tell the difference in game is pretty easy, if you try to drop a true "NoDrop" item, it pops up "This item can not be dropped" with just an ok. If you try to drop an item that's really just QuestDrop it pops up "You can not get this item back if you drop it, are you sure you really wanna do that?" Yes/No.
No chair is true "NoDrop". I can't even think of one of the few that really are off the top of my head.
okay, yea, thats exactly what i wanted to know. i didnt know KMS had a no drop flag though, thats weird.

by the way, i really need to fix that title, because this isnt really "Soon to be released" its more like "Released" -_-
