Diablo III: Reaper of Souls

Frozen Orb definitely double dips. It does 50% skill damage as it passes through enemies and 100% as it explodes. I believe if the target is large enough, the outer edge of the orb hits them as it explodes dealing another 50% skill damage.

Demon Hunters tool so well for OHKO difficulties, but I feel it's difficult to justify higher ones given the generation issue and the basic lack of necessity to run high torment.

Whelp. Time to farm Ray of Frost gear.
