Free To Play: The Movie

I don't know how feasible it would be for Valve to make the documentary on other games but my uneducated guess is that it isn't that easy, so I'd say the reviewer's expectations/wishes were rather weird... as appealing as the premise you describe may be.

You're probably correct. It would have to been done by some third party in cooperation with the bigger e-sports games. Hopefully it will get done some day.
