Weapons above level 80 can get 3/6/9/12% for rare/epic/unique/leg.
Armor & Accessory can get 1% for unique level, 2% for legenday over lvl 100.
Eh. Might as well just get % stat. I would cube %att on sweetwater tat/monacle though.
