And based on personal experiences as a malaysian who is currently studying in indonesia, i can say that, most indonesian aren't fluent in english, and a lot of them don't know english. So they need a separate server with indonesian language. I'm gonna try it out though, definitely will help me brush up my indonesian language.
I don't see how it can't be dual-language MSEA, like triple-languaged EMS atm.
