Uh, I'll just throw my tidbit here.

We went to chaos vellum last week. 1 person used up all their lives [he was at 00 and next message stated that he would be moved to town] while everyone had 01. We had 4 people in total. We got 1 ra wep drop at the end.

I don't know if this info helps or anything, just throwing it out there. Someone anaylyze it and tell me if this helps the discussion since I can't seem to wrap my head of what was being talked about in the last two pages.
