No, it just auto-revives you if you're dead. There's no loot room. I learned this the hard way on the very first day of the instanced drop change. I brought in loot mules and had them all die. I was the only one that got any tops at all. For reference, my drop rate is such that I should get 5 per person every time.
It's also happened to at least one person one each of my Cvellum runs (minus today's, pineappleing finally
), and that person got no drops. Take what you will from this example as there's a good chance they would've gotten nothing anyway....
