Neither did I.
My baseless assumption is that we are put on the high risk list randomly and there's no actual reason as to why we're on that list.

From my understanding, if an IP is flagged as bad either from past fraudulent purchases, then any account that touches that IP address gets flagged, and then retroactively to yours.
/from experience.

I can't even create any more nexon accounts, or rather verify them, i have to ask someone else to do that.

Thanks Nexon! You ban me from making new nexon accounts, but don't ban the hackers from doing so.
