You'd think they would care about those issues as much as billingpp bans, since either way my monthly spending dropped to 0...
It's okay, they made me a golden snail and then banned me from buying nx via credit card.
Why? Because i went on vacation to a friend's house in a different state, their IP was already flagged as suspicious. Don't care why.
When i sent a ticket about it, "sorry, proprietary information, can't share."
Since then, had to purchase my NX through Steam.
Incidentally, it has actually enabled me to purchase more NX. The irony.
